Earthquake zone 4. Fast construction. And a project in cooperation with architect Jean-Yves De Mel Binde. That’s how success stories start. It began in 2008 in Bourg Saint Maurice with the construction of an operating theatre using modular construction techniques.

The sequel came in 2015 with the expansion of the clinic – and more room for further examination rooms and an analytics lab. The 50 new modules added also give dialysis, psychiatry, sterilisation and the intensive care unit the room that they need. Over a total construction period of only nine months – ending in April 2016 – all three complete single-storey buildings emerged on 2,200 m2. Once again, the Cadolto modular construction concept has proven its worth.

Short construction periods and top quality have once again allowed us to justify the confidence placed in us and add the last chapter to our success story.
